• What is your exchange policy?

    You can exchange merchandise you’ve bought from one of our stores within 30 days, subject to the following conditions:

    1. The merchandise to be exchanged should be intact, unused, in its original packaging and with barcode tags.
    2. The original invoice must be included with the merchandise to be exchanged.
    3. No cash refunds will be given. You’ll receive a credit note with a validity of 90 days (from the date of issue of the credit note).
    4. We do not exchange fragrances, toiletries, cosmetics and skin care products, watches, jewellery, handbags, lingerie or undergarments, socks, furniture, glassware and electrical appliances.
    5. Lifestyle International Private Limited reserves the right to amend the terms of the policy without prior notice.
